Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with SIC ARTS MEDIA. Because we partner with third-party production and fulfillment services—including Printful, Printify, and Shopify—our return and refund policy combines guidelines from all three platforms to ensure transparency and fairness for our customers.

1. General Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the estimated delivery date for eligible items. However, since we use print-on-demand services, returns are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Please contact us at sicartsmedia@gmail.com before returning any items. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Tags are intact (if applicable)
  • You provide proof of purchase
  • Items are returned to the appropriate facility (Printful, Printify, or an address provided by SIC ARTS MEDIA)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer's remorse (wrong size, color, or change of mind)
  • Final sale or custom/personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale” on product pages

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • A photo (or video) clearly showing the issue
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem

For multiple affected items, we may request a group photo showing all issues.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of SIC ARTS MEDIA.

If your return is approved, we’ll inform you whether:

  • We provide a prepaid return label, or
  • You are responsible for shipping the item back

5. Exchanges

Due to our print-on-demand model, we do not offer automatic exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Contact us to confirm return eligibility
  2. Return the approved item
  3. Place a new order after approval

Please contact us before initiating any returns to ensure a smooth process. We appreciate your patience as a small team.

6. Unsuccessful Deliveries

If your package is returned due to:

  • An incorrect address, or
  • It was unclaimed

You will be responsible for any reshipment costs. Items returned to Printful or Printify may be donated or discarded after 30 days with no refund.

7. European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

This does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Sealed hygiene items (e.g., face masks) that have been opened

8. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method
  • It may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval without a refund, please contact sicartsmedia@gmail.com.
